Our state-of-the-art MORI-TEM mill, beautiful, shiny, is a state-of-the-art machine with vacuum crushers, two-stage decanter and cold processing; designed to avoid oxidation phenomena during fruit processing, preserving polyphenols and enhancing fragrances.
