EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL PROCESSING: The high quality of our Tosoni Olive Oil is guaranteed by a mechanical and highly technological heart, a modern machine that transforms the precious OLIVES of the earth into a unique raw material. Our state-of-the-art MORI-TEM mill, beautiful, shiny, is a state-of-the-art machine with vacuum crushers, two-stage decanter and cold processing; designed to avoid oxidation phenomena during fruit processing, preserving polyphenols and enhancing fragrances.

THE TRUE MADE IN ITALY: The entire process of creating our oils is carried out in our oil mill in Italy, in Lombardy, under optimal conditions of cleanliness and hygiene. Italian olives, harvested from our local, monocultivar olive groves.
