OIL PROCESSING: Tosoni's high quality is guaranteed by a mechanical and highly technological heart, a modern machine that transforms the precious OLIVES of the earth into a unique raw material. Our latest generation MORI-TEM oil mill, beautiful, shiny, is a state-of-the-art machine with vacuum crushers, two-stage decanter and cold processing; designed to avoid oxidation phenomena during processing of the fruit, preserving polyphenols and enhancing fragrances.

THE TRUE MADE IN ITALY: The entire process of creating our oils is carried out in our oil mill in Italy, in Lombardy, under optimal conditions of cleanliness and hygiene. Italian olives, harvested from our local, monocultivar olive groves.

Our bland is made from the following varieties: ‘Casaliva’, ‘Leccino’, ‘Pendolino’, ‘Frantoio’.
