EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL PROCESSING: The high quality of our Tosoni Evo Oil is guaranteed by a mechanical and highly technological heart, a modern machine that transforms the precious OLIVES of the earth into a unique raw material. Our latest generation MORI-TEM mill, beautiful, shiny, is a cutting-edge machine with vacuum malaxers, two-phase decanter and cold processing; designed to avoid oxidation phenomena during the processing of the fruit, preserving the polyphenols and enhancing the aromas.

THE REAL MADE IN ITALY: The entire process of creating our Evo Oil is carried out in our own oil mill in Italy, in Lombardy, under optimal conditions of cleanliness and hygiene. Italian olives, harvested from our local olive groves, monocultivar.

FLAVOUR: The citron flavoured Evo oil is produced from the simultaneous pressing of Leccino, Casaliva, Frantoio, Pendolino olives and Citron. Colour: gold yellow. 

IDEAL COMBINATIONS: For seasoning fillet tartare, fresh and smoked salmon, fish carpaccio. It is excellent both with grilled fish and in traditional winter risotto. Also excellent for dressing salads and on bread and bruschetta.
